I joined Alsius RA over a year ago when actually ignis was the dominating realm, with multiple dragon gems. So don't tell me that I make shit out of RA. Naturally I want friends to join me instead of the enemy.
Realm population shifts all the time, even on RA it always did. Current Alsius only gets their dragon wishes during european morning time rest of the time it is mostly balanced.
Also so many people on haven were Alsius because a lot RA people went to raven Alsius and after the merge ofc Haven Alsius keeps those players.
So as I played ignis horus before, please help me who should I blame??? Ah yea let's just blame everybody. Thanks for destroying horus you almighty ra player.

NDG doesn't exist
14 pages is a lot to read, but mostly it's about the same. The server needs population and we wanted to get it after Battlezones, making sure everything's working fine with them and the community pleased with the system. We're on it, we have a hard to please community (and it's right to be like that). I always repeat it: we can't bring players if the community is not already pleased, at least basically, not to scare new players. And also, the game shouldn't scare them as well. But this takes you back to the players: if they are pleased or eager for the future, they will make newbies stay.
Merge? It's not possible, for now. Transfers? That would be killing the server without even trying. And by trying I mean there are several options that should be studied before. When will we try? As soon as we close this stage with the end-gameplay.
Meanwhile, we're to be blamed. And you're to be merciful, if you want, with us.

Does that mean the rest of the roadmap after end-gameplay will be on a hiatus or it will be worked on parallel?

Marketing is in parallel. Don't worry about that. But somehow the community must give the "good to go" for us to promote. And I don't mean to express it, but to notice it with stable and rising activity (among current active players) and the average opinion in-game.
We're making what we can, and we can't demand anything to our players, but some help is always welcome given that several important changes show that we're going in the right path. Damn slow, but we're getting there.

We can help to promote the game.
As players but we need to have some new features to promote.
Why new players should play to this game instead another ?
currently is not really possible.
But i agree if the roadmap is done at time we have a hope
the Roadmap is not updated, the first stage should be ended since may no news …
maybe make a weekly blog and tell what is difficult
what you have done
If you are not enough why not to put the game client open source to bring some developers ?
or open to contribution and not open source…
I think to the linux client as example. We know is not your priority, let the community give a help .
A such thing is a marketing promotion by itself and you have less work to do …

Haven is already killed and i doubt it will get any better, won't harm really to split ~30 players left to RA.

Thanks for the reply and we really needed NGD  . I just love this game, like most users. And it gives us sad to see the current situation HAVEN. We expect a response from you, and we think the best for us would go to RA, at least for the majority, 90% believe that agrees with me.

30 players left really ? Perhaps you should log on Haven for something else than bosses. ^^
I'd agree on the fact Haven's population is quite low and that it is indeed dead during the day but please don't over exaggerate... I'm pretty sure even Nemon had more than 30 before transfers were allowed.

The response from NGD is just shameful. Are people to be responsible for the lack of marketing the company has promoted? Are they to pay for the lack of population in the current server? NGD is to blame for the lack of population in Haven as it is to blame for what happened to Piranha, take some responsability for God's sake.
