Who plays with Sound/Music on?

C'mon, many hunters change bow under camo(click, mwahaha), often I don't see someone coming but I hear his buffs or even steps, sound is must have to me. Unlike music, ingame music^^.

RO music is never on, I like listening to my own playlists. But sound effects is always on pretty loud so i can hear buffs, etc.

My playlists are incompatible with RO. It just doesn't feel right. Also, I actually enjoy the music that NGD selected. So yeah, I play with everything on.

without preformance I cannot play, hence, I play with no sound/music as it seems to stop bombarding me with lag

Before I would play with only sound effects on, buffs etc like everyone else said. But i got a new computer and the graphics card sucks with regnum, so I play no music or sound now for performance.

I have sound effects on, so I can hear other people in game (and the sound does change direction according to where the player is...), but music off.

For music appropriate to the gaming environment, try listening to http://www.radiorivendell.com/ or download some soundtrack music from things like PotC, I even have a WoW soundtrack download.

There are quite a few Shoutcast Radio stations that specialise in MMO/Gaming music.

I keep the sound effects enabled because these are very useful to know where are the battles/enemies and not be surprised.
Well IMO the music from RO isn't that bad (I love the music from Ignis/Desert), just there's not enough diversity and that makes it really repetitive.
