On top of conju issues, we have 99% of older players quiting the game already; what we have left is 80% post-haven players and 15% post-horus players and 5% first generation RA era players. This kind of group composition will not stand a chance against over numbered syrtis with millions of conju and the rising Alsius due to increasing number of conjus.
if it weren't for the boring grinding, I'd moved to either Syrtis and ALsius long time ago. Their players fight like a family and have better chemistry in war than Ignis.

Well at least Ignis gives some good fights, and often continue fighting even if its a farm... goats never like to take green forts anymore because any time we do one of two things happen, 1) We get insta-zerged by 30 people , or 2) A few archers poke at our war group for five minutes and then disappear. Ten minutes later you can see a zerg grouping in the trees, and they don't attack until they have enough to overwhelm. Also, if they can't get enough, they just leave.
When attacking green realm gate, it was often the same. We always have enough to put them in danger, but then suddenly overwhelmed at gate. They just don't fight until they know that they can overpower the enemy, which completely doesn't make any sense to me.
I think that, if many greens switched to Alsius or Ignis, they would be suprised how reds and blues fight in comparison. What many may see as lemming tactics, going to fort one by one, or when horribly outnumbered, others may see as attempting to put up a fight even when you can't. Its important to accept in this game that sometimes you just can't win, and logging out or taking another (empty) fort isn't the best course of action.
Its a war game; the purpose of the game is to fight players, not grind or fight NPCs. But without the ability to change realms this is never really understood.
So I have to give +1 to realm change scrolls idea (which I myself have requested several times before), many people need to experience gameplay on another side. It would bring them some humility. I'm not saying all realms dont have problems (they all have major problems), but its still very different from realm to realm and not always pleasant, but you always have to just take the bad with the good and do your best.
